 Policies

          * Check-in is noon or later.

          * Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

          *We can adjust times to meet your needs.

          *You may guarantee a reservation with a charge

                 card or by mailing in the amount for one

                 night's stay with a personal check or

                 money order. 

          *If you have booked multiple days and you must cancel

                 your reservation, a call must be made at least one week

                 in advance for no charges. "Day before cancellation"

                 is charged half the room rate for one night's stay and

                 "day of cancellation" is charged one full night's stay,

                 unless we are able to rebook the room.

We are flexible if cancellation is weather related as we live in the Midwest which is prone to blizzards and floods.

Please notify us 24-48 hours in advance if possible in weather related situations.
