Our B&B has two bedrooms and is

owned by an artist and an architect.

   The Squirrel’s Nest Bed & Breakfast is situated in Burlington, Iowa’s historic North Hill District.

   Originally built as a Victorian farmhouse in 1890 by Edward S. Phelps, the home was remodeled in the 1920’s in a French cottage style.
  

   The Metzger family built the penthouse suite from 1993-1996 and an expanded kitchen was added in 2001.
